It's not a bundle discount.  It's a discount in compensation for the troubles I had over a period of over a year and a half due to line maintenance problems.

OR if you have a UPS store nearby that's even closer than your Spectrum store you can go there and they will mail the spectrum  equipment back to Spectrum at no cost.
